Aarti Bhandari, a dedicated academic with a PhD in Business and Management from Middlesex University London, specializes in data analysis, business research methods, and strategic marketing. Lecturer at the University of Roehampton. Aarti’s research interests focus on the psychological aspects of consumer behavior towards animal fur products, blending her passions for ethical consumerism, luxury fashion products, and sustainability. Aarav is also the founder and CEO of the KCP Scholars Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to advancing educational equity and socially impactful business practices. Under his leadership, KCP has developed an AI-powered software platform. This innovative approach has significantly bolstered their Social Innovation Accelerator program, which focuses on growing and improving businesses with a social impact. Alongside his role at the KCP Scholars Fund, Aarav co-founded the Shaanti Teen Mental Health Wellness Initiative where he forges partnerships and spearheads events aimed at reducing stress and promoting happiness among teenagers.
