1. What happens after I submit my abstract?

After submission, the abstract is reviewed by the conference’s scientific committee. Authors will receive an email with the review decision and, where applicable, comments or requests for revision.

Authors may submit more than one abstract, provided that each submission is relevant to the conference topics and meets the submission guidelines. Each abstract will be reviewed separately.

The abstract should clearly explain the purpose of the research, the method or approach used, the main findings or expected results, and the key conclusion. Authors should also follow the word limit and formatting requirements provided in the submission guidelines.

Ongoing research can be submitted if the abstract clearly explains the research objective, methodology, and expected contribution. Any preliminary findings may also be included where available.

Accepted abstracts are included in the Conference Abstract Book (ISBN assigned). After the conference, authors can submit full papers for publication in the proceedings, indexed journals, or as monographs.
